Website and enquiry terms

Version dated 20 September 2026.

These terms explain how to use kilsythpersonaltrainers.com and what happens when you enquire through Kilsyth Personal Trainers. The arrangements for an actual training appointment must be confirmed with the provider supplying it.

From browsing to a confirmed appointment

The website introduces training services, surrounding areas and trainer backgrounds. Sending an enquiry starts a conversation; it does not hold a time slot, purchase a session or commit you to a package. Before attending, agree on who will deliver the session, the meeting address, its duration and what is included.

Profile information is a starting point for questions about a trainer's experience. A profile does not establish current availability, employment by this website or coverage of every area mentioned. Check the qualifications and experience relevant to your request directly with the provider.

Understanding an advertised offer

If you respond to a free-session offer, ask about eligibility, appointment availability and the activities or time included. Confirm those details before treating an appointment as booked. Any later paid sessions require a separate agreement on price and scope.

Request the total payable amount, including any travel charge or venue entry. These website terms do not set a package price, recurring payment commitment or cancellation fee. Do not assume that a general offer applies to every trainer or training format.

When plans need to change

Before paying, obtain the provider's rules for changing an appointment, arriving late or cancelling a package. Keep a copy of the arrangements you accept. If you or the provider cannot proceed, discuss rescheduling, refunds or other available remedies in light of that agreement and your legal rights.

Choose support that matches your needs

Articles and service descriptions give general exercise information. They are not an individual assessment or a substitute for healthcare advice. Discuss relevant exercise limitations privately with the provider and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

Training results depend on individual circumstances. The website does not promise a particular change in weight, fitness or performance by a set date. For someone under 18, a parent or guardian should be involved in arranging and consenting to appointments.

For an NDIS-related enquiry, establish the service being supplied, payment arrangements and any applicable provider requirements before booking. A page mentioning NDIS does not determine funding eligibility or confirm a provider's registration.

Your rights when buying a service

Australian consumer protections continue to apply where the law provides them. Nothing on this page requires you to give up a consumer guarantee or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded. A provider's cancellation policy or website statement cannot override those protections. The ACCC's consumer guarantees information explains these rights in more detail.

Use the site and its material responsibly

Submit details you are entitled to share and take reasonable care that they are accurate. Do not use the enquiry forms for spam, impersonation, malicious files or attempts to disrupt the service.

You may read and refer to the material for your own training enquiry. Copying or republishing photographs, written content or design assets may require permission from the relevant owner. Links to professional profiles and other external sites are provided for reference; those sites have their own terms and privacy notices.

Questions, corrections and later changes

Contact mail@kilsythpersonaltrainers.com if you spot an error, need an offer clarified or have a question about these website terms. For a booked service, also contact the provider named in your agreement.

The version date identifies the terms displayed here. We may revise this page as the website changes. Publishing a revised page does not, by itself, amend a service agreement you have already made.
