When you submit an enquiry, Kilsyth Personal Trainers collects the contact details and message you provide so the enquiry can be handled. When you opt in to email follow-up, the consent notice version, source site and submission time are also retained so your preference can be honoured. Technical security logs may also record limited request information.

Use and retention

Enquiry information is used to respond, provide the follow-up you requested, route the request to an appropriate service provider, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Every marketing email provides an unsubscribe option. Information is retained only as long as reasonably required.

Sharing and access

Information may be shared with the trainer or service provider needed to answer your enquiry and with infrastructure providers that process it securely. We do not sell enquiry data.
